A Manly Harbour Village Institution

Manly Bakery has been part of the fabric of the Manly Harbour Village community since 1975. What started as a passion for quality, home-style baking has grown into a beloved local institution — but our values have never changed.

Every morning our bakers are up early, crafting fresh loaves, flaky pastries, piping-hot pies, and beautiful celebration cakes by hand. We use quality ingredients and time-honoured recipes to deliver the same great taste our customers have come to love for over five decades.
